Delivery is free regardless of the amount of your order.
To provide an efficient delivery service, we ship orders Monday through Friday from our warehouses (Hong Kong, Japan, China) between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.   

Once the package leaves our warehouses, it is the postal service of your country which is responsible for it.

Brazil /Ireland /Austria /Russia /Finland /Portugal - Free delivery - Estimated delivery time 10-23 business days

Please take into account that the delivery time does not include the preparation time of your order which is 1 to 3 working days. For example for a shipment to France you can estimate a delivery in 5 working days minimum and in 15 working days maximum.

When your order is sent for delivery (the days following your order), you will receive a tracking number automatically by e-mail. You can then follow the details of your package directly on the site of your local post after a delay of about 5 days. If you can't find your tracking number, send us an email.

Once the order has been delivered, only the transport organization is responsible for it.
